By accessing or using WillItLag.in ("the Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Use of the Service
WillItLag is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the site.
3. Prohibited conduct
You may not:
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, or otherwise extract data from the site by automated means
- Deploy bots, spiders, or scripts against our search endpoints, autocomplete, or diagnostic engine
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code or scoring formulas of the WillItLag diagnostic engine
- Interfere with the security, integrity or availability of the Service (including DDoS, credential stuffing, or vulnerability probing without authorization)
- Frame, mirror, or resell the Service without written permission
4. Intellectual property
All original content, brand marks, layouts, scoring logic and code on WillItLag are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Game titles, cover art, and system requirements displayed on the site are the property of their respective owners.
5. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Hardware verdicts are heuristic estimates — see our Disclaimer for details.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WillItLag and its owners, contributors and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service — including, without limitation, damages for:
- Hardware purchases or upgrades made in reliance on Rig Scores or bottleneck flags
- Damage to computer hardware, data loss, or system instability
- Lost profits, lost data, or business interruption
- Any purchasing regret or dissatisfaction with a recommended product
You accept sole responsibility for any decision you make based on information provided by the Service.
7. Third-party links
The Service contains links to third-party websites (including Amazon and IGDB). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites.
8. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms — the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
