Game titles, cover art, screenshots, descriptions and published system requirements displayed on WillItLag.in are dynamically fetched from the public IGDB (Twitch) Video Games Database API. All such assets belong to their respective copyright holders — game studios, publishers, and platform owners. WillItLag claims no ownership over this material and displays it purely to help visitors evaluate PC hardware compatibility.

Filing a takedown notice

If you believe content displayed on WillItLag infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, please send us a written DMCA notice containing all of the following:

  • Your full legal name, mailing address, phone number, and email
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (title, publisher, and — where possible — proof of ownership such as a registration number or authoritative link)
  • The exact URL(s) on WillItLag.in where the allegedly infringing material appears
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Where to send notices

Email complete DMCA notices to willitlag@gmail.com with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request". We review valid notices promptly and typically remove or disable access to confirmed infringing assets within 7 business days of receipt.

Counter-notices

If you believe content was removed in error or misidentified, you may send a counter-notice to the same address including the information required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g): your contact details, identification of the removed material and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was mistaken, and your signature.

Repeat infringers

We may, in appropriate circumstances, restrict access to the Service for users or automated sources determined to be repeat infringers.

False claims

Submitting a materially false DMCA notice may result in liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). Only file a notice if you are the rights holder or an authorized agent.
